LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL CAMPAIGN

Business Challenge
I wanted to capitalize on Valentine's Day with a campaign that would stand out in the facilities management industry while generating engagement and new leads. The challenge was highlighting the platform's built-in service provider network in a way that felt timely, memorable, and relevant without losing sight of the product's value.

Creative Strategy
The campaign started with a simple insight: when something goes wrong, facilities managers don't just need any service provider, they need the right one. Ecotrak's built-in network removes the guesswork by connecting customers with trusted professionals.

With Valentine's Day as the backdrop, I built the campaign around the idea of "finding the one." Instead of searching for a romantic partner, the campaign focused on finding the perfect plumber, electrician, or technician. I reimagined familiar dating app profiles using real-world service providers, creating a visual concept that felt instantly recognizable while giving the audience an unexpected reason to stop scrolling.

Each execution balanced playful dating-app language with product messaging, reinforcing how Ecotrak makes it easier to find trusted service providers. Small visual details, including hand-drawn hearts, helped create a cohesive campaign that felt polished, memorable, and on-brand.

Impact
The campaign gave Ecotrak a timely, engaging way to promote one of its key differentiators while standing out in a traditionally conservative industry. By combining a relatable seasonal theme with a familiar visual format, the campaign generated new marketing-qualified leads, increased audience engagement, and created additional opportunities for the sales team.

My Role
Working on a lean team, I developed the campaign, creative direction, messaging, and visual approach, owning the entire creative process from concept development and copywriting to design and production. From the initial idea through final delivery, I ensured every asset conveyed a consistent message while staying playful, engaging, and true to the brand.
